Delay in getting photo verified

I've created a new singles profile "pbdorset" and uploaded verification photo. It says typically takes 10 minutes but it's now at 10 hours and I'm unable to access any other part of fab until this is done, hence posting on this account.

Is it stuck or is there just a delay as everyone is busy?

Check the pic meets the requirements, can see the name clear hands etc
