we have an ex coming on here to harass, giving out our photos, personal details etc.

every time she gets booted she just creates another profile and it starts again.

suggestions?

police can't do anything as can't get any information from the site

Only thing you can do gather evidence and later report to authority then they have something to go on and will take appropriate actions

we have 18 months worth of messages etc, still all from anonymous accounts, so nothing they can do!

The police will contact the site if needed and Admin always give whatever help they can.

If any reports you make are verified Admin always act

because she doesn't verify herself on here, and the site is run through third party, the email used is anonymous, therefore police can't do anything due to the site not having any sort of genuine record. anyone can come onto the site, arrange cnc etc for someone else and get away with it scott free

Not sure what you mean by third party? However all of what you say is untrue. The police do get in touch if needed and Admin help them if they can.

Reading this again,if people are turning up at your work or home then you really do need to go to the police for them to investigate please. I think whoever gave you advice last time is not giving you the right one as the police will investigate. They have lots of powers that trace people and as said, Admin will help all they can.

To the blocks, that could be a disabled profile you are seeing ( Admin having dealt with it ) but keep reporting if you think they have come back please
