Titles in sent messages

At the risk of looking totally IT illiterate, I have noticed that there is no subject box anymore when I try to send a message. All I see is the main message box and the button to add pics.

Have the subject/Title boxes disappeared now for everyone or is there some off bug on my account.

Help!
