Invisible profile

My friend signed up, photo verified, had her profile running for weeks and now I can’t see her profile. She can log in and everything is still there. Does that mean she’s blocked? Would she have received some kind of email or notification? It’s weird because she’s a paying member too so they just took her money and still banned her? Just wondering if there’s some glitch or if that’s how blocks work. Like you can still access your account but can’t use it…

That's how a suspension works yes. She will be able to log in but not do anything. If the suspension is going to staying then she will get a mail yes
