Struggling to find out how to post pictures, we can upload them to our profile but can’t see a link on how to get them on the fab pics

If you mean most fabbed they appear there automatically if they receive more fabs in twelve hours than others. You can't upload them to most fabbed.

When you upload a pic and set it to public, it automatically can be seen in new pics. That's where people can fab it if they choose to. Also

If you upload a pic and set to friends only then your friends see it in their updates and can fab it
