I feel terrible

I persuaded one of my FWBs to sign up for the site over the weekend. They registered on Saturday (I think) and subbed this morning but within an hour of paying they're effectively locked out of the site and from what they're telling me even the "contact" options don't go anywhere as they're being forced to photo verify.

As it was me that persuaded them to join I feel terrible that they've paid and now can't use the site.

What can I do to help them? I'm not technical at all so I don't know what to suggest. They said they are willing to photo verify once they're home at the weekend but what can they do in the meantime?

There isn't anything they can do except PV or delete the acc.

They can contact Admin from the contact links while offline and ask them to check it for them. They should also mention their username in the message

Nothing, why cant they just photo verify themselves just now why the need to wait?

You cannot access anything while being forced to photo verify. Clicking the "contact admin" link brings you back to the verification page.

If you do it while "offline" as advised the message will get through
