How come you can no longer delete saved messages. We usually will delete saved messages from people who left the site...can't do it anymore.

Yes you do the same as you would in your mailbox and click on the right hand side of the message and delete

Yes you do the same as you would in your mailbox and click on the right hand side of the message and delete

Unfortunately that solution does not work on a PC.

Yes. But firstly it looks awful. Secondly, the new mailbox was forced on everyone, whereas it used to be optional, and this bug has been created by it's inception. Why should people have to continuously find workarounds for poorly implemented site features?

Did you know that you can switch between the old style and group message settings

And once again, that does not work on a PC. You can press the two options all day long and the mailbox remains the same.

While in test this is available to site supporters only.

Turn new grouped mailbox ON

Turn new mailbox OFF and go back to old style

Please give us your feedback on new mailbox by posting on the feedback forum

I know you are trying to be helpful, but you are missing the point. The site removed the old mailbox over five months ago. They may have left the links page active, but how stupid do you think I am that I can't work out which of the two links to press? As stated previously, I can press those two links all day but it makes no difference whatsoever.

Please understand the old mailbox has been removed and there is no way to switch back to it.
