Help!! My account has been changed from a singles account to a couples account without any reason. Any admin help?

Hey yes it dose of safety. I love to use this account for camming on my own and messages. I am verified as a woman multiple times.

Yes I see that but we already have a couples account which is on my profile. So if I remove that from my account can I get it changed back?
