I've deleted an inbox message thread. And the sent thread. Got the other person to do the same, thinking with both of us deleting it, it would be gone and we could start a new thread. But after when we sent a message all the previous ones we deleted come back again. Anyone has a solution please

I don't think that there is any way to delete the whole thread, if you chat enough old messages will soon be lost off the end

Hi. Is there a way I can see a message in the conversation history that has been from some time ago (8 weeks) please? Or do they delete from the convo history after a while? I can see other convos going back to 8 weeks but not some others which only show my messages. Thanks

Seems we've lost large parts of threads as they did this update.

One thread, we can see last 5 messages, we can see messages 2 months old, but the ones in the middle have all disappeared!

Unless saved nope as I've had way past that saved and thread kept via saving but think is a limit depending upon how much of the messages are saved
