it is not about fabswingers but fabguys - fabguys don't have forum so asking here

why fabguys no longer accept photo uploads?

I get: "We are not currently accepting uploads"

I think posting in the fabguys site feedback might get you some assistance there.

To test if there was an issue with adding photos I just uploaded a pic there, and it was ok, so maybe it was a temporary glitch for you?
