Change from single to couple

Didn't realise had to register as couple but don't know how to change from single to couple. My partners pictures won't show up. Confused. I've just upgraded too

You're verified as a single man, you need to set up a new couples account using a separate email address

Your partners pics will be rejected as your a single and been verified a single man, just make a couples profile and keep ur single one, you need a diff email address
