Won’t let me send video clips

I’ve got a video clip which is approved. It shows for me on my profile. When I send it in a message, and then click on it, it says video doesn’t exist and the person I’m sending it to can’t see it either. What’s going wrong? X

If you add a video to a message you can't click on it and watch it yourself from the message.

The person you are sending it to has to be a site supporter to receive and watch videos.
