A friend can't write in forum since joining here 3 months ago

Hello, a friend on here isn't able to write in the forum, not able to reply to posts in the forum and isn't able to post in here and ask why.

She hasn't been banned, everything else is working properly for her profile.

She has asked by all the contact options more than once.

She's not heard back about why/or resolving the problem.

It allows her to write a reply, press to post message but then nothing.

She is new to fab, no previous issues.

Can admin/mod advise please. She'll see I've posted this to raise the problem.

Your friend needs to contact admin.
