Creating a couples profile and keeping a single one

Is there any way of creating a couples profile using my registered email for my singles profile?

We’d like to keep our single profiles as we are only a fab couple on here. I’ve been looking through the site but can’t see any way of doing it.

You can have two accounts but each account has to be under a different e-mail address. You can't run a singles and a couples account from the same e-mail.
