webcam not working

Until this week my webcam worked fine but since i have moved the pc it now says webcam is blocked or not connected, i have checked in browser setting and it say allow against cam and microphone it appears i can be heard but no noe able to see my cam not even on skype anyone any ideas?

I have same issue saying my cam is either not working or blocked....Does anyone know what the issue is...My updates are all ok etc...and cam works normally except on here.
