I'm photo verified but can't verify a couple I met today. Can anyone tell me why?

You need to be meet/cam verified before you can send a verification.. you need a green tick, if the couple are verified get them to verify you first

As already said you need to be meet verified before you can verify someone else. If the couple you have met are already verified ask them to do you first then you can veri them in return.
