FabSwingers.com forum: Friend's Profile "Frozen"

A lady I've known via here for quite a while recently set a new profile up as she had deleted her old one. She got photo-verified and meet verified by another Fabber who also has met her.

However, her profile has now "frozen" and she can't send or receive messages and is invisible to me on here.

She has tried messaging Admin several times over the last 2 weeks by "reporting" herself. I have also tried same on her behalf. She has also emailed support@winconltd.com several times, both fresh and resent emails, but as yet she has had no reply or feedback or even an acknowledgement there is an issue with her profile and that it is being dealt with.

Any suggestions as to what she (or even I on her behalf) can do please?

After all that contacting you say she has done, if she has not been re-enabled then she will have had a mail by now saying she is disabled and can't use the site anymore

She should check her inbox
