Can't upload photo

I use my phone for internet, emails etc and can attach photos.

So why can't I upload a photo to this Fab site using my phone? I access Fab with my phone so it's only the photos that are the problem. Can't use work laptop due to IT policy so am totally fixed at this point.

Can anyone help?
