FabSwingers.com forum: New Profile "Stuck"

A lady who has been on Fab before decided to return and she duly set up a brand new profile. All well and good except her pics for getting photo-verified kept getting a failed message but eventually third time lucky she got a green flag.

She was then also verified by another Fabber who, like me, had met her in the past.

I was about to verify her myself but found I could no longer find her profile.

She then texted me to say her profile looked "odd" and that she was unable to send or receive messages, just see old ones. Even though she was live on here I still could not find her despite her making me a friend etc...

Any ideas???

She's tried contacting Admin but, as said, she can't seem to send messages.

Any advice I can pass on to her please???

No. I asked that but she says both her laptop and phone all working fine. Like I say she can log on to her profile bu its like its stuck or frozen at a certain point in time. She can see my profile and go to message me but after she hits send it does not reach me and is not showing in her sent mail. Nor can she wink or accept friend invites that are also stacked up but only to a certain time.

Ask your friend to contact admin using the contact link.

She can do it without being signed in and mention the profile name. Admin will look into it.

Sounds like its been suspended for some reason, reports to admin can take 48 hours to be dealt with

It does sound that way. We've no idea why though but she's contacted Fab directly as the Admin kindly suggested so see what happens.
