No access to chat rooms

When we first set up the profile we was able to access the chat rooms which was fine then awhile ago we noticed we couldn’t get on it kept on saying “session timed out”

We have reported this numerous times, but still nothing has been done

Yes, this happens on all devices(iPhone, iPad & laptop) And on different browsers to no avail.

Admin or tech team, can you please help us out?

Anyone else had the same issue?

Hiya op

Have you tried clearing the browser cache and history and uninstall and reinstall the browser as they get glitches

Had similar issues in past and turned out the browser was the issue and used another was working fine which was Firefox

Try Firefox plus check the app store reviews see anyone else is having issues and leave a review for the app developer

Also go the apps and clear all junk files for each app so they can function properly remember the browser is only one app that at times you use additional IE cam/microphone

ive heard the browser duckduckgo clears a lot of issues.
