Still can't post in forums

Have a couples account with my friend and not on a ban, been site supporters from day 1 and sent 4 mails about the problem but no fix.

Can see no reason why we have never been able to post in the forums but as soon as we click post it goes back to a white screen with a post new topic box at the top.

Anyone have a solution please?
