Hey, I paid £5 via text message & received a code to enter however when I came back to Fab site the box to enter code has disappeared?

So I've been charged & not been upgraded to silver supporter..

Is there another way I can enter my redemption code?

I've just checked by going into my account, selecting the upgrade by text option, and the box is there.

Maybe try logging off and back on again?

If you have not already entered your code just click back to the subscription screen click pay by text and the box should be there again.
