Hey, I had a friend set up an account last night and gave her some advice but I can't search for her. Shes winked and set at an age to see and also looking for me but I couldn't find her he could see me though.

When I search with the URL she sends I get:

This profile is not available for you to view!

This can be one of three things: User's account is suspended by admin, user has blocked you or you have blocked user.

Maybe because she's new?

It will be one of the three things mentioned, new people can send messages. That's why I asked if she was photo verified, accounts are suspended while that's being done.

Sounds as though the photo verification photo she sent in hasnt been accepted so her accounts like on hold.. on her gallery does it say the photo has been accpeted? Or still pending?

Says accepted. And she's got a tick near her name. No new messages or likes since last night (she was on a roll) which make me think the account is on hold? Just a shame really took a while to get her to try and I've used this a few years 0 issues.

A green flag shows when a profile is photo verified. Green tick is a cam or meet verification
