Can anyone assist please.

Our friends set up a new profile yesterday and went through the whole process and received a confirmation message that they had registered, so should be able to use the site.

However they tried to log on today with their log on details but get a message saying the details are not recognised, along with a security code that they needed to type in, but that makes no difference and they still cannot log on.

Anyome able to explain what the problem is.

If they still can't log in (occasionally you will be asked to put a security code in). They should contact admin. It's possible to do so from the log in page
