Snap. Its never happened before and has started sporadically happening today for no reason. I haven't breached any rules but its started happening i get blocked then released if out log out then in etc. or go to a different page and come back. I only sent a message saying ‘yes’ the last time it happened so know its not because of something in the message.

Yes, pay by text and send them the code.

Be wary of people asking for site support though as its against site rules to ask for expenses

Admin can't delete your account only suspend it
