Thanks, but that link just sends me round in circles and is extremely cumbersome. I ended up upgrading with Paypal in the end, as it was simpler than trying to deal with various tick box forms.

There really should be someone who you can message instead of a load of automated stuff.

It isn't automated, there is an Admin at the other end of it
