verification problems

I'm a verified site member trying to verify someone I met several times recently, I'm having no problem writing and sending it and am getting a message to say its been saved. So far so good, but when the other person tries to access their verification page they get a message telling them that they're trying to access an area which is for verified members only. Talk about a vicious circle! Can anyone help please?

this has been covered in the forums many times, theres a safety feature that stops people making multiple profiles and verifying their new profiles themselves, so any profiles made or logged into with ur ip address will just show as saved and wont work... a good feature i think lol
