The Valleys or DG5 area

The site supporter pass via the short code 79100 does not work on all networks. Found this out after adding money to my account and attempting.

Apparently ID mobile and Lebara do not accept it, there may be more.

Could this be informed somewhere on the site please.

Some networks block premium rate numbers and texts but you can normally ask them to remove the block.

It is not really up to the site to keep track of networks that don't allow it though.

It's not blocked, just not accepted. I do think it is up to the site to inform this option is unavailable on certain networks.
