Uploading videos

Hi all,

I’m wanting to upload some videos to my profile but it is telling me I need to be verified by another site member to do so? I’ve seen other profiles with just the green flag verify that have videos, I’ve got the green flag verify but not the meet verify as of yet so why isn’t it letting me?

No you need to have the green tick to be able to upload, ive never seen an unverified profile with a video

Unable to upload videos as the message comes back as ‘doesn’t recognize it as a video’ tried a number of others and same message appears.

Any help appreciated

Try a different browser maybe u might to make the file smaller also

Check the video format is MP4 and it should also help if you compress and trim it to no more than a minute long, to reduce the file size.

The video is less than 1 minute and it’s the exact same format as our other videos. Nothing has changed.

Still struggling to add videos. This is what it’s saying for me and here is someone else I’ve come across no green tick and 4 days on the site but able to have videos?
