new verification's not coming threw

As title suggests ive had two new verifications done today but neigher one is showing up as new verification been done nor is the verification i have done back to them can you help please

Have you shared an internet connection??

If so you can't verify someome you've shared a connection with

Are you or them outside each others preferences / filters

I've had them not come through when this is the case

Are you using a blackberry??

Read on here before that there's been problems accepting / displaying veris from blackberrys
