Sexual identification choices on FAB

Can someone at FAB please sort out the sexual identification choices for couples!

We are a M/TV couple but FAB does not allow this option.

Selecting M/F feels misleading.

The lack of choice feels so outdated and slightly underhanded from an inclusion POV

I agree, buy when the individuals in a couple don't have a gender assigned at all, this would be a big job.
