If you can't message to become a supporter via text that is probably down to a premium rate message block on your phone, you might need to speak to your contract provider.

Quick question on this:

A friend of mine set up a profile on fab just a few hours ago. I have verified her profile. She then went to photo verify it and it has vanished completely? Have they taken this profile off the site while they wait for it to be approved or can someone explain the process?
