We are having trouble uploading any videos from iPhone from a video files, keeps saying it’s not recognised as a video even after playing it to check it’s what we want to post.. anyone any ideas..?

You may need to convert the video to MP4 format, and also shrink it in size. There are various free software to achieve that.
