We can't get into our couples account, I have photo verified myself and our couples account, so could you please send us the details so we can reactivate our account please, as this is the second time this has happened.

I had this when the live setting was on on my phone as it treated it like a video not a still photo had to turn live setting off on my photos and then it was ok.

Maybe similar?
