My photos are taking forever to approve

I’ve uploaded some new photos that are pending approval. A message stating ‘doesn't take long’ but it doesn't usually take this long. Have they been forgotten about? Has anybody had this problem before?

Mine have been sorted. It was maybe one of them nights. I guess there are only so many moderators to monitor uploads
