You won't get a response from admin. Depending on what the query/problem is it will be resolved unless it's some sort of ban that they aren't willing to rescind.

Thanks guys, we’ll wait for a response now that we’ve mailed them.

For some reason our profile was changed to a single male and most our pics removed despite years of verifications showing we’ve mainly met single guys over the years.
