Any advice welcome!

Me and my female friend decided to set up a couples account. The account was set up and money paid for site support. We’d added a photo as per the normal photo verification process but now when we log in are met with the message “You need to photo verify to finish your registration”. I’ve uploaded our photo multiple times but our account still seems to be stuck at this point. There is no way to email support unless I’m logged in under my single male account. Also weirdly when I know search my couples profile it is no longer on the site. We’re happy to prove who we are and that we are a genuine couple on here but there seems to be no explanation as to what the problem is. Help!!!
