can not renew subscription

Hi, have tried twice to renew my subscription by tex, for last few years i get an instant code to renew once ive tex but now nothing, Spoke to a friend on here and they think i might be blocked, but if so have no idea why?

If you were blocked or suspended you wouldn't be able to use the site.
