Closest to this, is by clicking on the little green arrow by the side of their name when they post in the forum.

Yes, use the function to search for you own posts.

Exit the address bar removing your name to the name you want to search for or simply use the below adding "profile name" of your choice

Oh cool, I assume this will offer the same as the green arrow?

Though obviously without having to find a post they've made first.
