Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me please. I have a single female account and this morning it came up that I needed to photo verify it before I could use it anymore.

I uploaded a full body shot holding a piece of paper with fabswingers.co.uk and my user name. That was almost 3 hours ago and I'm still unable to access the account.

I've never known it take to so long to verify a photograph so am I right to assume there's a problem?

Just to add.... I have tried to name search my single account from my couples account and its not coming up

I think once your verification picture is approved your account will be discoverable again. Saw that happen recently with a friend.

If approval appears to be taking ages check the status of the pic you uploaded, it might be that it has not been approved.

Check it meets all the rules can see fingers etc
