Purchased wrong membership

So I was wanting to upgrade to silver at £5 but I accidentally went through a card payment and ended up paying £15. Is it possible to get this refunded?

yea, I wanted to purchase the silver option for £5 but ended up paying £15 accidentally, which gives me silver for like 143 days.

Is it possible to get this refunded so I can just purchase the £5 option?

The £5 option is only available if paying by text message. £15 is the minimum payment option when paying by card.
