If you still remember the profile name click it and use the drop down menu to report.

This has always been my single profile and was hidden for few years. Now back on and someone has added them selves. It says it’s a couple and I have not figured out how to remove it

Did you ever state on it you were a couple? Admin is the only person who can change it.. youll need to contact them?
