Hotpic list refresh

Hi,

Just wondering how often the hot pic list tally/order is refreshed?

We get its 12 hour rolling period that counts, but how often is that count updated?

Only wondering as we popped a pic up a couple of hours ago, by its current count, it should just have made pg14, yet no sign of it in the list so far.
