"Hello chums! Wondered if this has been encountered before. One of my friends and I had a wee bitch fest immature playground fall out and decided to block each other because we were being mature. Fast forward a couple of months and it’s a distant memory, still friends and out this weekend together (and next). We had a joke that we are still blocked from each other, both of us went to our blocked accounts page but neither of our profiles are listed. When we click on previous messages or veris we have left out friends in-common, it states we are blocked leaving no way to remove the block. Any thoughts on how to get round it? Both profiles are made invisible to each other and you do not receive any confirmation or message. Once it is done it is done with no evidence left. If she is not in your block list and you are not in hers, that is the only explanation I can think of. | |||

Really odd one, ach I guess glitches happen "Looking over your OP again, it definitely sounds like an admin block from one of you reporting the other, with neither of you would have any record of as you do not get any confirmation of follow-up after the submission is made. Can she post to the forums? Can she receive messages from other people? If so, then it is likely an admin block barring you from interacting with each other. If she cannot post to the forums and cannot receive messages from other people, it indicates her full account may be suspended, which would appear the same from your side, but without additional info all I can do is speculate. If she can use the site fine and it is just you she cannot see or contact and you are absolutely certain you are not in each others block lists, it is an admin block. Have you tried selecting 'search in/on page' in your browser with the block list open and then typing your username? Has she tried the with yours? Bear in mind that with an admin block following a report, neither of you will show in the others block list, regardless of who sent the report. Needz moar dataz! I am not really into ICT but I get by using the internet fine. I do vaguely recall a few months ago that there was an issue with new blocks not being applied and it took a few days to sort out. I suppose it could be possible, albeit unlikely, that your tiff was perhaps at the same time as the blocking issue and that some bug may have resulted in crossed signals (server side) and the blocks not just going through but triggering a full on admin block too, and that it impacted so few people that it has thus far gone unnoticed. Someone in that area, with that skillset would need to look into that. Best way would be for you both to submit a bug report from each account separately. Or one of you sacrifice yourself nobly for the other and your profile/history/verifications to sign up fresh. Not ideal, but not sure what else comes to mind. | |||

Looking over your OP again, it definitely sounds like an admin block from one of you reporting the other, with neither of you would have any record of as you do not get any confirmation of follow-up after the submission is made.
Can she post to the forums? Can she receive messages from other people?
If so, then it is likely an admin block barring you from interacting with each other.

Yeah our accounts are both fully active and working, using the mobile site, when we click on each others username via the forums or old messages it gives the page with message, hotlist, wink at the top but when any are selected it states we have blocked the other. It will just have to be left as it is really, no real biggy, but that’s the price you pay for acting like children I guess. Cheers all x  | |||
