Hi

We’ve been trying to open a couples account we’ve completed all sections and submitted the required photo to verify us as a couple, but 3 hours later our account is still not open

Any ideas

Admin need to sleep too.

Photos etc always take longer to go through at night.

The mods are not there 24/7 waiting to review pics etc.
