Couples account

Hi

We’ve been trying to open a couples account we’ve completed all sections and submitted the required photo to verify us as a couple, but 3 hours later our account is still not open

Any ideas

Please be patient remember staff are volunteers and just like you have a life beyond the site

Admin need to sleep too.

Photos etc always take longer to go through at night.

The mods are not there 24/7 waiting to review pics etc.
