Not receiving extra photo allowance

We recently upgraded to Gold member. Whilst I can still upload 15 photos a day (which we don't) our allowance on total photos didn't change.

I've sent a message to support a whilst back but not got a response or allowance increased.

We are now resulting to deleting photos to keep with allowances

Apologies but we do.like taking pics
