Hi everyone, not too sure if this is the right place to post, but tried about 10 times to upgrade via text with iD Mobile. Have premium text messages enabled and also the adult filter removed, not used my cap (pay monthly) but still don't receive the upgrade message. Tried chatting with iD Mobile but they didn't understand what I meant about not receiving the premium message.
