I returned from Spain in June not used fab for 11 months got new phone number and email no access to old ones contacted administration twice re my new details to activate old account no reply at all is there much actually an administrator who looks into things and helps or is fab going it's all about the money way I do hope not I was Genuine guy99 and been a sight supporter throughout BTW on for years in case anybody actually administration the site properly

Sounds dodgy to me. Why have you got no access to your old email? They would send a password reset code there.

Otherwise just anybody could say they had account XYZ without any proof.

I have no access to old e-mails anymore, that isn't a dodgy thing, just old age forgetting what the hell they were

Admin say they answered you and helped you get into another account in January, is this a different account to then?
