A freind can't access account asked me to post this for him

My friend (Littlesecrets1985) can’t get access to his account.

Keeps getting message:

“Sorry

We're not accepting upgrades at the moment.”

He’s Tried contacting admin via ‘contact us’ but no response for over a month.

Any advice?

Sounds like the profile has been disabled, probably for rule breaking. And if they have contacted Admin and nothing has changed then they will have to accept that Admin stand by their decision.
