Why am I unable to access Fab using 4G.

Get error message 'cannot reach site, connection has been changed'

I have Samsung phone and I'm I could access the site with 4G, whether this has anything to do with Virgin mobile moving me to O2 I don't know.

Your provider is blocking underage content... Or that's the usual reason, anyway

I was with virgin then they moved to o2 and i had to re do the adult content blocker with them

Your signal jumps from mast to mast. Signal traffic within your own area (how active) amount of people using the internet as you can only get a percentage per mast per network if it's higher with people using the same network as you their is your reason
